
2 cans of chili
grated cheese
1 pkg Jiffy corn bread mix
3/4 c water
Put chili in an 8" square pan, spread cheese on top. Mix water with Jiffy corn muffin mix. Spread on top of cheese. Cook at 375 for 35 mins or until cornbread is lightly browned.
Note: can add onion, tomatoes, corn.....
Can top with sour cream
