Carmel Toffee Dip

8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 package Skor toffee bits

Beat together everything except toffee bits. Fold in toffee bits. Refrigerate over night. Serve with tart apples or strawberries!
