Bake 350°
8-10 minutes
1½ teaspoon salt
6 cups dry old fashioned oatmeal
2 cups coconut
1 cup cracked wheat
1 cup powdered milk
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Mix:
¾ cup honey
¾ cup oil
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine dry ingredients; pour honey mixture over dry ingredients, mix well. Do no over bake, should be starting to turn golden brown at the edges of the pan. Add raisins or other dry fruit after baking. Makes 3 cookie sheets.
