Michael's Breakfast Burrito

 will bring farm-fresh eggs (picked up at a farm last night).

We need the following:

Large flour tortillas (get jalapeno, if available; otherwise plain)
Green onions (one bunch)
Pepper jack cheese (8 or 16 oz)
Sour cream
Fresh or home-canned salsa (if buying, please buy the refrigerated version, not the jars on the shelves). I normally make this from scratch when tomatoes are in season...

For the fresh-made guacamole, we need:
3 avocados
2-3 garlic cloves
fresh cilantro (one bunch)
small white onion
one lime
2 chiles: Either/both jalapeno and serrano
