Lasagna Soup

1 lb ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion
1 pkg (73/4 oz) lasagna dinner mix
5 c. water
1 can (141/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (7oz) whole kernel corn, undrained
2 T. grated parmesan cheese
1 small zucchini, chopped

In a dutch oven or soup pan, cook beef and onion over medium heat till meat no longer pink, drain.  Add contents of lasagna dinner sauce mix, water, tomatoes, corn & cheese.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 mintues, stirring occasionally.  Add the lasagna noodles & zucchini.  Cover & simmer for 10 mins or till noddles are tender.  Serve immediatley.
